TW: Anxiety, Depression

This is the most personal creation I've ever put online, but I want since a long time to express myself about my anxiety, about these deep thought which break me down if I say them out loud.

Remember that if you suffer from your thoughts or other mental health issue, you should seek help (especially a therapist). Your life does matter.
